1. General Shipping Information
At Gorilla Supplies, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. We ship primarily via [USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL]. All orders are subject to product availability. 4. Bulk & Freight Shipping (LTL)
For a "Supplies" business, this section is critical if you sell heavy items or pallets.
For large bulk orders or items exceeding [150 lbs], we utilize LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight shipping.

Curbside Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, freight deliveries are "curbside" only. The driver is not responsible for bringing the product inside your facility or home.

Lift Gate Service: If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, you must select "Lift Gate Service" at checkout, or additional fees may apply at the time of delivery.1

Scheduling: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees.2
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Gorilla Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

7. International Shipping
Choose one of the following options based on your business model:
We ship to most countries worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gorilla Supplies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
